Dr Dimitri Gavriloff is a Clinical Psychologist specialising in the field of behavioural sleep medicine. He combines his experience of working clinically in the NHS together with his research expertise to offer evidence-based tailored cognitive-behavioural approaches to people struggling with their sleep.
QUALIFICATIONS & AFFILIATIONS
Dr Gavriloff has worked in the NHS since 2011. His initial clinical experience was drawn from working with patients with chronic pain conditions and associated psychological difficulties. It was their almost ubiquitous experience of poor sleep that first drew him to specialising in the field of sleep and sleep disorders.

INTERESTS AND OTHER CLINICAL WORK
In addition to his specialist sleep practice, Dr Gavriloff works in the NHS for Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
He is also an active academic, engaged in sleep research as a member of the Experimental and Clinical Sleep Medicine team at the Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute (SCNi), University of Oxford.
Dr Gavriloff also works as a live expert for SLEEPIO, the ground-breaking sleep app, supporting users of the programme with their sleep and treatment.
In his spare time, he is also a regular reviewer for several peer-reviewed scientific sleep journals.
